Delivery location: Home, on business days, from Monday to Friday, or internal delivery (PO Box).

Absent Customer: 2 delivery attempts will be made, with the 1st attempt being on the same day the item arrives at the distribution unit. The 2nd attempt will be made on the following business day. If the customer is absent on the 2nd attempt, their order will be available for collection at the agency closest to their home for 7 calendar days. The agency address will be available for consultation when tracking your order. If the order is not collected within these 7 days, it will be returned to our distribution center.

Attention: If the order is returned to our Distribution Center due to the customer's absence or incorrect address information, a new shipping fee will be charged for your order to be posted again. This also applies to orders that were sent via Free Shipping.
